20% of US households are on septic or off-grid systems. That’s more than 26 million households, and as we looked around the country, we realized that number was only going up as new construction is building at a faster pace than municipalities can keep up

We Saw How The Septic Industry Has Been Changing

Septic used to be simple, but it isn’t anymore. Systems used to be simple, but new technology has made systems more efficient…but also more complex to fix and maintain. Systems used to be small, but growing home and office sizes have required bigger systems

Local and state regulations used to be minimal, but the level of regulation has increased in many regions, and that trend is not slowing down. Services for septic systems used to be relatively one-and-done, but those new, bigger, more regulated septic systems require ongoing inspections and maintenance. Kris found the real problem, a seized distribution valve and heavy buildup in the line feeding the field, and corrected it. The system has run properly since.
