Crowley Septic Services | HomeField Parker County
ONE CALL FOR ALL
YOUR SEPTIC NEEDS
Crowley wears its history in layers, and your septic system probably belongs to one of them. The town went from farms to a Fort Worth suburb to a still-growing perimeter, and each era left behind a different kind of system: old farmstead setups, 1970s suburban installs, brand-new subdivision systems on the Johnson County side. HomeField Parker County works all three, especially out where city sewer hasn't caught up yet.
Crowley straddles the Tarrant-Johnson county line, so some of our work runs through Tarrant's permitting and some through Johnson's, both under the same statewide Texas rules (TCEQ Chapter 285). We'll tell you which county you're in before we start, so nothing stalls at the permit stage.

HOW WE SERVE CUSTOMERS IN
Crowley, Texas
What Do Our Septic Tank Services Look Like In Crowley?
The useful way to think about septic in Crowley is by age, because the town grew in three waves and each one left a different system in the ground. If your place was rural before Crowley became a Fort Worth suburb, you've likely got a legacy conventional system, often expanded or patched over the decades, sometimes still working under what's now an ordinary residential lot. Those are the ones where a routine pump-out turns into a real conversation, because the old drawing may not match what's actually under the yard anymore after decades of settling and root growth.
If your home went up in the 1970s or 80s suburban wave, you might be on an original septic system that was never tied into city sewer, and the question becomes whether it has another decade in it or whether it's smarter to plan a replacement before a failure forces your hand. And if you're in the newer development on the Johnson County side, where former farms are becoming subdivisions, you've got a modern system designed to current code and permitted through Johnson County rather than Tarrant. The common thread under all of it is the soil. Crowley is mostly heavy clay that shrinks and swells with the seasons, which stresses tank seams and lateral lines over time. Grade that looked level 30 years ago may not be level now, so it's one of the first things we check.
Why Do People Love Living In Crowley?
Crowley has stayed Crowley while the rest of southwest Tarrant County rewrote itself. About 19,000 people, a school district that's been turning out kids for generations, and a downtown core the surrounding subdivisions never swallowed. There's a working-class character here that hasn't been sanded down the way some Fort Worth suburbs have, and people who grow up in Crowley tend to come back.
The Chisholm Trail Parkway changed the math by opening a faster run into central Fort Worth, and the new subdivisions on the Johnson County side filled in quicker because of it. What draws people who pick Crowley over Burleson or Mansfield is usually the price-to-space ratio and the fact that the place feels lived-in rather than developer-built. The older neighborhoods have mature trees and real yards. The newer ones have the space and the new construction. A good number of homes on both sides of the county line still run on septic, especially on the Johnson side and on legacy properties inside the Tarrant city limits where sewer never reached. HomeField Parker County keeps those systems running, on whichever side of the line you're on.
