Aerobic Inspections

Aerobic Septic Inspections Every Four Months

An aerobic system has moving parts, so the rules call for a licensed check every four months. That's three visits a year you shouldn't have to track. Pumping and repairs are in our residential septic services too.

We handle all of your legally required inspections with an Advantage Plan. The visits go on our calendar, and our aerobic maintenance contracts page shows what each one includes.

What a Routine Septic Inspection Covers

Each visit looks at the parts that keep an aerobic system working. We find the tank, dig to the lids and warn you before any deep digging. Then we check the aerator, the spray heads and the control panel, and visually inspect the tank. Before we leave, you'll hear in plain words what we saw.

Septic Inspection After a Flood

If floodwater reached your yard, it reached your system too. Once the water is down, call us, and we'll check the system before you lean on it again. If anything came through damaged, our septic repairs team can put it right, with a price before any work starts.

Is This the Inspection You Need?

These visits keep a system you already own on schedule. Buying or selling a home is a different visit: a real-estate septic inspection gives the buyer, the seller and the lender a full look at the system. Real-estate inspections start at $400. Call with the address and the closing date, and we'll set it up.

Our Process

How Our Inspection Works

01

Book Your Visit

Book online or call, and tell us when it was last checked. Nobody knows? Fine; we'll start the count from this visit.

02

Find And Open Lids

We locate the tank and open it up. You don't need to know where the lids are, or clear anything before we arrive.

03

Check Each Part

We go through the aerobic unit part by part and look inside the tank, then tell you what's working and what needs attention.

04

Plan The Next Visit

Before we leave, the next check goes on our calendar, not yours, and you'll know roughly when to expect us.

WHAT TO EXPECT

How Often, and What It Costs

Aerobic checks run on a set schedule, and an Advantage Plan keeps every visit on time. Plans start at $23 a month. Call us, and we'll match one to your system.

3 a year

Three checks a year, each one booked by us, so no date slips past you.

$23/month

Where plans start. Each one covers your required checks, so the visits are set and paid for.

Filed for you

On a plan, we submit the correct paperwork to the right office after each visit, so your record stays current.

Fort Bend County

Septic Inspection in Fort Bend County

In Fort Bend, an aerobic system starts on a two-year contract, and the county charges a yearly fee on renewals. The county requires the contract to stay current, so we watch that date for you along with the visits.

Not sure which office covers your address? Our page on who permits septic in Fort Bend County sorts that out.

Where Fort Bend Systems Sit

Most of the county's septic sits on the land around Needville, the acreage near Fresno and the estate lots of Fulshear. Wherever yours is, we'll keep its checks coming round on time. Just tell us the nearest road when you book.

Septic Inspection in Brazoria County

In Brazoria, it's the same three visits a year. On floodplain lots the tanks are anchored and the risers sealed against high water, so if yours sits low, tell us when you book, and we'll check they still are.

Manvel and Brookside Village run their own septic programs. For everywhere else, our page on who permits septic in Brazoria County has the details for your address.

Galveston County

An aerobic system in Galveston County gets the same visit as anywhere else: every part checked and the next date set before we go. Outside the cities, the Galveston County Health District permits septic, and our page on who permits septic in Galveston County has more.

Wharton County

Out in Wharton County, we'll keep an aerobic system's checks on schedule, so you're never chasing a date or wondering who's due to come. The county permits septic outside city limits and inside East Bernard; read about who permits septic in Wharton County.

Matagorda County

However far out your place is, we'll book the checks, find the tank and tell you how each part is doing after every visit. Matagorda County permits septic outside city limits. See who permits septic in Matagorda County for the rest.
