Septic Pumping
Pump-outs are $595 for tanks up to 1,000 gallons, aerobic or conventional. Septic tank pumping across Fort Bend and Brazoria includes finding the lids and telling you how the tank looked. Extras are quoted first.
Septic Repairs
A soggy patch over the field, a lit control panel or slow drains mean something's off. Describe it, and our septic repairs start with the cause. You approve every fix.
Septic Inspection
An aerobic unit runs on a schedule of checks. We handle all of your legally required inspections with an Advantage Plan, and our septic inspections keep the dates for you.
Septic Installation
Got raw land to build on, or a system that's worn out? We'll walk the lot, give a free estimate on new septic system installation and build what the plan calls for.
System Design
Starting from a bare lot? We'll get your system designed and permitted, fitted to your land and house, and you only deal with us. Ask about system design for clay soils.
Real Estate Inspections
Closing on a home with a tank? Real-estate inspections start at $400. Our inspections for a sale or purchase cover the whole system, and we walk you through what we found.
MAINTENANCE PLAN
Choose Your Advantage Plan
Our aerobic maintenance contracts keep the dates and submit the correct paperwork to the right office. Plans start at $23 a month. Businesses, see commercial maintenance contracts.
InspectionAdvantage Plan
The affordable way to stay compliant and keep an eye on the system. Repairs aren't covered: parts and labor are billed as they come.
MID-TIER
MechanicalAdvantage Plan
Stay compliant and skip the costly surprises. Covers repairs on the air compressor and water pump, the parts that wear most.
Full CoverageAdvantage Plan
For the homeowner who never wants to think about septic again. Mechanical and electrical repairs, plus one pump-out after the first year.

OUR PROCESS
How We Handle Your Septic Call
Tell us what you know, even if it's only that the tank hasn't been opened in years. From there, every visit follows the same four steps.
Call or Book Online
Book online or call, and tell us what the system is doing and how to reach it. We'll try to get you on the schedule today.
We Find and Open the Tank
We find the tank and dig to the lids, even when the lawn has grown over them. If it means digging deep, we'll warn you first.
We Service and Check It
We pump the tank. On an aerobic unit we check the aerator, spray heads and control panel, then visually inspect the tank while it's open.
We Clean Up and Explain
We close the lids, put the yard back and clean up. Then we tell you in plain words what we saw and whether anything needs doing.
