SIGNS YOU MIGHT NEED
Septic Installation
A new system usually starts with a piece of land, a house plan or an old system that's done. If yours is struggling but fixable, a repair visit may be all it needs.
Any Of These Happening To You?
Building on raw land?
Adding bedrooms to the house?
Told your system can't be fixed?
Old system too small for the house?
Building on an empty lot?
If one of these is you, the first step is a walk around the lot with us.

WE LOVE OURHOME TURF

Aerobic Installs On Clay
New Septic Systems Built for Gulf Coast Clay
A septic system is more than a tank in the ground. It's the tank, the treatment unit, the lines and the area that takes the treated water, all sized to your house.
We put in every piece of it. Once it's running, the same team handles the pump-outs, checks and repairs that come later, as part of our residential septic services.
Why Your New System Will Almost Certainly Be Drip or Spray
Picturing a plain tank and drainfield? The clay here barely drains, and for weeks or months a year the water table sits half a foot to two feet down, so a standard field has nowhere to send the water. That's why nearly every new system in these counties now uses drip or spray.
Spray or Drip: Which Fits Your Lot
Both treat the water before it leaves the tank. Spray heads water an open stretch of lawn, while drip lines run just under the grass. Which one fits comes down to your lot: its size, where the house and well sit, and how you use the yard. We'll walk it with you before anything is drawn.
What Happens Before Anyone Digs
Before a shovel goes in, the system has to be planned for your lot and approved by the office that covers your address. We'll get your system designed and permitted. The permit is usually included in the price of the job, and we make sure your permits get submitted correctly. Our page on septic system design explains that part in more detail.
Our Process
How A New System Goes In
01
Show Us The Lot
Send the address and a rough idea of the house. We'll walk the lot with you and find where the system can go.
02
Get It Approved
The system is drawn for your lot and house, and we make sure the permit is done right.
03
Build The System
With approval in hand, we set the tank and treatment unit, run the lines and put in the spray heads or drip field.
04
Inspect And Start Up
Once it passes inspection, we start it up and show you the control panel. Your aerobic maintenance contract starts that day.
WHAT TO EXPECT
What Sets The Price
Spray or drip, the size of the house and the lot itself move the price most. Installation estimates are free. Call us, and we'll come out to see the land.
Free estimate
We walk the lot and price the whole job, tank to field, at no cost to you.
Spray or drip
Spray heads need open lawn; drip runs under the grass. Your lot decides which, and that moves the price.
$23 a month
Plans start at $23 a month. We can set one up at start-up, so the required checks begin with the system.
Installing In Fort Bend
Septic Installation in Fort Bend County
Planning septic system installation in Fort Bend County? On unincorporated land, the county issues the permit. Some Texas counties let a home on 10 acres or more skip it; Fort Bend doesn't, so even a big tract needs one.
A new aerobic system needs a licensed check every four months and starts on a two-year contract. The county requires the contract to stay current after that, so we set it up at start-up and keep track of it.
Where New Systems Go In Fort Bend
Most new systems in the county go in on rural acreage, like the FM 359 corridor and the land around Needville, where a lot has room for a spray area or drip field. Just bought out there? Call before you settle on where the house sits, so the plan leaves the system the space it needs.
Inside the City Limits
The county doesn't permit septic inside the larger cities, Sugar Land and Richmond among them, though it covers a few smaller ones by agreement. A home there that still runs a tank needs the same care as any other. Inside those cities, the state's Houston regional office (TCEQ) issues the permit, and who permits septic in Fort Bend County lists the cities.
Septic Installation in Brazoria County
Your address decides who approves a new system in Brazoria. Manvel runs its own septic program, so Manvel's septic office issues permits inside its limits. Elsewhere, see who permits septic in Brazoria County.
One home on a tract of 10 acres or more may skip the permit in Brazoria, and we'll check whether yours qualifies. On floodplain lots, we anchor the tank and seal the risers.
New Systems in Galveston County
Planning a home near Santa Fe or in the older parts of Dickinson? In unincorporated Galveston County, the Galveston County Health District permits septic. We make sure your permits are handled correctly for that office, from the first look at the lot to the final inspection. Our page on who permits septic in Galveston County has more.
New Systems in Wharton County
Out around Boling and Louise, homes run on septic, and Wharton County permits it outside city limits and inside East Bernard. Here and in Matagorda County, every system needs a permit, however big the land. Read who permits septic in Wharton County, then call us about your land.
New Systems in Matagorda County
Planning a well too? Matagorda County permits septic outside city limits and asks for at least one acre on a lot with a well, so talk to us before you buy. Our page on who permits septic in Matagorda County covers the rest.
