Pumping In Fort Bend
What Pumping Covers for Fort Bend Homes
A pump-out empties the tank before solids reach the field or spray area. Plain tank or aerobic unit, it's the same job at the same price, and we look the tank over while the lids are off.
It keeps the rest of the system healthy. If we spot anything else while we're there, a repair or another of our residential septic services, you hear the price before we touch it.
Pumping Aerobic Systems, Not Just Conventional Tanks
Spray heads in the yard or a control panel on a post mean your system is aerobic, and its tank fills like any other. We pump it the same way, and we check the aerator, spray heads and control panel while we're there. Its required checks are a separate job, covered by our aerobic maintenance contracts.
Before We Come Out
Some people call it septic tank cleaning; it's the same visit, with nothing extra to book. There's nothing for you to dig up or find before we come. If you know roughly where the tank sits, tell us when you book; if you don't, finding it is our job.
Why Pumping On Time Matters Here
Yard soggy for days after rain? Clay and a water table half a foot to two feet down for weeks each year leave the field little room to work. When a tank runs full, solids push into the field or spray area, and a pump-out turns into a repair. Pumping on time is the cheaper visit.
Our Process
How We Pump and Clean a Septic Tank
01
Book Online Or Call
Book online or call, and tell us if it's aerobic. No tank size or paperwork needed.
02
Find And Open Lids
We find the tank and dig to the lids, wherever they've ended up, and we warn you before any deep digging.
03
Pump And Check
We pump the tank out. On an aerobic unit, we also check the aerator, the spray heads and the control panel.
04
Inspect And Clean Up
With the tank empty, we visually inspect it, close the lids and tidy up the yard. Then we tell you how it looked.
WHAT TO EXPECT
What A Pump-Out Costs
Pump-outs are $595 for tanks up to 1,000 gallons, aerobic or conventional. Bigger tanks are priced on the phone. Ask, and you'll know your number before we book.
$595
Finding the tank, digging to the lids, the pump-out and how it looked. Anything extra is quoted first.
Bigger tank?
Tanks over 1,000 gallons get their price over the phone, so you know it before the truck comes.
$23 a month
Plans start at $23 a month. Premier Full Coverage adds one pump-out (up to 1,200 gallons) after the first year.
Fort Bend County
Septic Tank Pumping in Fort Bend County
Septic tank pumping in Fort Bend County mostly happens on unincorporated land, where the county handles septic permits. Our page on who permits septic in Fort Bend County covers that side.
With an aerobic system here, a licensed provider must check it every four months, and those checks are often how you learn the tank is due. When it is, we'll come and empty it.
Where the Tanks Are in Fort Bend
Acreage along the FM 359 corridor and out around Needville runs on tanks, and so do the county-permitted homes in Bluebonnet Acres and McIntyre Acres. Wherever yours is buried, under lawn or a flower bed, finding it is our job.
Septic Pumping in Brazoria County
From Rosharon out to the acreage around Angleton, Brazoria homes run their own tanks, and a pump-out works the same here as anywhere. For anything bigger, see who permits septic in Brazoria County.
Where that land sits in the floodplain, tanks are anchored and risers sealed against high water. If floodwater has crossed your yard, we'll pump and check the tank before you rely on it again.
Galveston County
Around Santa Fe and in older Dickinson, plenty of homes still run a tank, and who permits septic in Galveston County covers the county's side. For the pump-out itself, give us your street, and you'll have the price before we head over.
Wharton County
Out near Boling and Louise, homes on farm land run their own systems, and who permits septic in Wharton County has the county's rules. For a pump-out, just give us your road when you call, and we'll get it booked.
Matagorda County
Around Sargent, Van Vleck and the rural land past Bay City, a tank in the yard is normal, and who permits septic in Matagorda County explains the county's rules. We'll come down for the routine pump-outs and the urgent ones.
