HomeField is the first national septic league, made up of local septic service businesses all around the US. Local expertise, national support, and customer focused.
Nationally, we started operating as HomeField in 2024. But individually our members have been operating multiple septic businesses across the US for a LONG time:)
Franchise can be a loaded word for a lot of people. Technically we are a franchise model, because it’s the only model we’ve found that has the long-term relationship and mutual accountability needed for exceptional service business to thrive over time. But, we’re also a league of like-minded local service businesses:)

Our National team in Texas spent years building exceptional service franchise networks that looked and operated VERY differently than typical franchises. When it became clear that the septic industry was fractured on a national level, we went local, finding our two founding partners doing exceptional work in Texas and Arizona. Like everything HomeField, it was a team effort.
Because local matters. There’s a lot of stuff you can outsource in life, but you can’t outsource the need for local services and service professionals. Local expertise matters. Local relationships matter. Doing things that improve our home towns, and give local people wins on their home fields matter. So, we always focus on local.

What is it always easy for people to talk about? Weather…and sports. When we started developing HomeField, we wanted to be true to the classic American brands, and the local look and feel that we can all appreciate. What’s more classic, American, and local than the home sports teams we all grew up enjoying? So yeah, our brand is a bit sporty.
Trick question, eh? When it comes to our service businesses, we always go pro (because we ARE professionals!). But, when it comes to sports, as much as we love the big stage, we always focus on what’s happening locally on our home fields.
