8. Phone Number Use and Communications

By providing your phone number to HomeField Onsite Environmental through any form, service request, maintenance agreement, or other interaction, you expressly consent to receive communications from us via SMS text message and/or phone call.

  • System alert notifications
  • Maintenance updates
  • Customer support communications
  • Billing reminders

Message Frequency:

Message frequency varies based on your service activity and system status.

Standard carrier message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out:
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message received from us.

After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS communications unless you opt back in.
