OUR REASONS

4 Realizations That Made Us Want To Change Septic Forever

Septic Tank Pumping in Williamson County Texas by HomeField Septic Services

We Found A Growing Number Of People With Septic Systems

20% of US households are on septic or off-grid systems. That’s more than 26 million households, and as we looked around the country, we realized that number was only going up as new construction is building at a faster pace than municipalities can keep up

Septic is here to stay, and lots of people across the US are using it, but the septic industry has been stuck in the past. We want to change that.

We Saw How The Septic Industry Has Been Changing

Septic used to be simple, but it isn’t anymore. Systems used to be simple, but new technology has made systems more efficient…but also more complex to fix and maintain. Systems used to be small, but growing home and office sizes have required bigger systems

Local and state regulations used to be minimal, but the level of regulation has increased in many regions, and that trend is not slowing down. Services for septic systems used to be relatively one-and-done, but those new, bigger, more regulated septic systems require ongoing inspections and maintenance. Because of all the change, a lot of septic companies have struggled to keep up. With HomeField, we live on the cutting edge of septic technology, regulations, and local expertise.

We Knew Too Many Septic Customers Had Bad Experiences

There isn’t a national standard of quality for septic service. That stinks! Depending on your region, you were stuck as a septic user trying to find a reliable local contractor who can help with your system. Too often, they only do one or two services, meaning you’re charged a premium

for their service, but aren’t focusing on the long-term health of your septic system. You’re stuck trying to keep track of the performance of your system, and that’s a lot to handle.

We Built The Kind Of Septic Service We Wanted Ourselves

Your septic system is complex. You deserve a local partner who understands your system completely and also understands how regional factors like soil conditions and local regulations affect how your system needs to be cared for. Not only that, but your local partner

needs to offer consistently excellent service. They need to educate you on how what they’re fixing is good for the long-term health of your system. And, most importantly, your septic bills better make sense. THAT’S the kind of service we’re looking for when we hire a septic service provider. We created HomeField to offer that level of service all across the country.

What a great service provided by HomeField!

Wyatt arrived as scheduled and I got a notification just before you showed up.

Wyatt made me feel like such a responsible homeowner when I pointed out exactly where the septic tanks were located and because I cleared away the access ports before he arrived!

What a great price!
I couldn’t be happier!
