Advantage Plans In The East Valley

You need your septic system for the long haul, and that means long-term maintenance. To keep things simple and predictable, we offer Residential Advantage plans to our HomeField customers. It’s a way to keep your system healthy, and to make services and expenses more predictable and affordable over time.

Just like taking care of your car, how you maintain your septic system greatly affects how long it will last.

If you have an older-style conventional septic system (which most of our new installations are), you need to commit to regular pumping (typically every 3-5 years), protecting your home (drain or leach) field, not overloading your system, and not flushing anything harmful down the drain.

If you have a newer-style aerobic system, you need to commit to regular inspections (at least once a year), an advantage maintenance plan (to keep it running smoothly), and be diligent to monitor alarms to prevent further issues.

For both types of system a commitment to care will keep things running smoothly for years.

We’ve developed our Advantage Plans based on the most common types of needs and feedback we get from customers. Things like inspections, regular pumping and maintenance, or discounted services.

Great question! You can pay for them on a monthly basis, or with one annual payment. Our goal for Advantage Plans is that they are affordable, predictable, and save you money in the long term. You can decide what makes the most sense for you and your budget.

Well…you won’t have the advantage? The goal of our advantage plans is that you have a predictable way of securing discounted services, regular maintenance, and peace of mind knowing your system is running smoothly. Without an Advantage Plan, you’ll have to figure those parts out for yourself. But why would you? Let our team take care of you!
