We try to be very responsive during emergency hours like weekends and holidays. The best way to get quick service is to schedule online. Emergency rates apply.

If water is flowing from an unexpected source (from under a toilet, bath tub, etc.), your goal is to find the source of running water and turn it off.

Alarm going off? Mute it on your alarm panel, then if your system is backed up, get emergency help. Otherwise you can wait for normal hours.

Carefully check your system and household breakers to see if any are tripped. If you reset one and it pops immediately, that’s a problem.

In emergencies you can carefully remove your 2-way cleanout cap to allow any backed up sewage to dispose of itself on the ground.

If you’re in an emergency (alarm going off, or you’ve had to open your cleanout cap), limit your water use until help arrives to survey the scene.
